Air compressor start-up requirements and control system

Before the air compressor is started, the oil pump control system is first started when the operation is started. After the oil pump control system is started, the lubricating parts of the air compressor can be well lubricated, and the oil pump control system can be built by the built-in temperature control valve. Adjust internal oil pressure and oil temperature to meet system needs.

During the operation of the air compressor, the air is effectively sucked through its self-cleaning air filter. When it is used, the filter is automatically cleaned by its PLC. The air enters the first level after being automatically adjusted by the inlet guide vane. Compression, after the first-stage compression, the temperature of the gas is higher, and then enters the intercooler for cooling (in the water pipe, outside the gas pipe, the water flow requirement of the intercooler is 110m/h), and then enters the secondary compression system. To prevent the gas in the system from pouring into the compression chamber (avoiding pressure start), a suspension full-open check valve is installed in the exhaust pipe of the compressor, and the gas discharged from the compressor pushes the check valve into the exhaust muffler, and then Enter the primary aftercooler, the secondary aftercooler, and then enter the main exhaust pipe.

The cooling water of the air compressor can effectively enter the air compressor intermediate cooler through its pipeline to cool and cool the gas discharged from the first stage compression, and then enter the aftercooler to cool the exhaust gas, and the other cooling water into the water. The pipeline passes through two sets of heat exchangers on the upper part of the main motor to cool the motor windings, and one way to cool the oil cooler.
