Auto radiator manufacturing process and installation requirements

- Mar 12, 2018-

The automobile radiator is mainly composed of three parts: a water outlet chamber, a water inlet chamber, and a radiator core. During the operation of the auto radiator, the cooling liquid flows in the core, and the air is cooled. Passing the outside of the device, the hot coolant cools due to heat dissipation to the air, and the cold air heats up due to the heat absorbed by the coolant.

When the radiator is in operation, it is an indispensable part in the cooling system of the automobile water pit. It is developing in a light and efficient economic direction, and the structure of the radiator of the automobile is constantly adapting to the new development.

The core of the auto radiator should have sufficient flow area to allow the coolant to pass through, and to a certain extent it should have enough air flow area, so that a sufficient amount of air can be passed through. Take away the heat transferred to the radiator by the coolant. At the same time, it must also have enough heat dissipation area to complete the heat exchange between the coolant, air and heat sink.

When using the radiator, the car radiator should not be in contact with any corrosive nature such as acid and alkali. It is recommended to use hard water or soft water to be used after softening, so as to avoid the internal blockage of the radiator and the generation of scale. Use antifreeze, in order to avoid corrosion of the radiator, be sure to use a long-term rust-proof antifreeze produced by regular manufacturers and in line with national standards.

During the installation of the auto radiator, please do not damage its heat sink and the radiator, so that it can effectively guarantee its heat dissipation and sealing to some extent. When the radiator is completely filled with water and then filled with water, the water release switch of the engine block must first be turned off, and when water flows out, it is closed again to avoid blisters.
