The device can realize heat exchange between two liquid mediums with a certain temperature difference, thereby achieving the purpose of reducing the oil temperature and ensuring the normal operation of the power equipment. The water oil cooler has the characteristics of good sealing performance, eradication of leakage, high heat exchange efficiency, easy maintenance, long corrosion resistance and the like. The water design temperature is 30 °C. There should be no impurities in the water and chemical corrosion components harmful to copper and iron. The flow rate is stable and can be controlled frequently under the value of the water pressure required by the nameplate. It can operate normally below the rated water flow rate, and the water flow can be adjusted according to the actual situation of the oil temperature during operation.


The temperature of the hot oil drawn by the transformer of the water oil cooler does not exceed 70 ° C, the oil quality is dry and clean, and there is no inclusion of glue or the like, which causes the oil passage to be blocked. It should be cleaned regularly, overhauled, and the pump cleaned and the motor insulated. The operation of the cooler group should be arranged in a single arrangement and a spare cooler should be guaranteed. When the transformer is lightly loaded or unloaded, the cooler is maintained in normal operation, but the water supply may be reduced or the feed water may be stopped to maintain the oil circulation inside the transformer to reduce the temperature difference.
