The traditional radiator, the connection between the tube and the main board (red area) is low-temperature brazing, the strength is low, and the water tank leakage due to vibration is more likely to occur, and the user maintenance cost will be increased.

The thickness of the traditional heat pipe fin is about 0.04MM, which is easy to be injured during transportation and lifting.
The thickness of the new radiator fin is 0.3MM, and the water ripple is more powerful. The tube thickness is 0.6MM-0.8MM, which is 2-3 times of its thickness, so there is no need to worry about bumping.
The thickness of the new radiator fin is 2-3 times that of the fin and tube type, which can resist the impact of stones from the work vehicle.
When the surface of the radiator is covered with dust and dirt, it can be directly washed with a high-pressure water gun. In some difficult place to remove the hair and dust, even the surface of the radiator can be sprayed with an alcohol burner.
